Important:  This will be a 1/2 indoor, 1/2 outdoor Cornhole league!

Join us on Tuesday nights for our Spring Cornhole league.  Since the outdoor grounds won't be ready until May 19th and that's still pretty far away, we're doing something new just for this Spring Season.  If we can get everyone registered by April 21st, we will start April 21st.

Indoor Portion:  April 21st - May 12th at The American Legion Post in Somerville.

Outdoor Portion: May 19th - June 9th (or end of season) at The Bridgewater Eagles.

These locations are a 2 min drive from each other.

Take your backyard skills 'pro' in a fun cornhole match each week.  This is a 2v2 game - teams must have either 2 or 3 players - with no gender requirements.  

Teams play 1 match - 4 games -  each night.  Scores and standings are updated online.  This is both an indoor and outdoor Cornhole league.  The first half of the season will be indoor and the 2nd half of the season will be outdoor.  Fun games, music, and food/drinks.

You will be asked your skill level at registration - we will attempt to segment the league into 3 divisions: Competitive, Intermediate, and Social.

Bags:  Competitive and Intermediate Division teams have the option to use their own cornhole bags.  Social Division teams will only use house bags (provided at each game).  House bags are available to all teams.

Rules

• Regular cornhole rules with cancellation scoring; each game to 21.
• Social Divisions -- boards at 24 ft and teams use house bags.
• Intermediate Divisions -- boards at 24 ft.  Teams can use their own bags (with option to use house bags).
• Competitive Division -- indoor boards at 24ft and outdoor boards at 27 ft. Teams use their own bags (with option to use house bags).

• The American Legion Post (indoor), 232 Union Ave, Somerville, NJ.
• The Bridgewater Eagles (outdoor), 350 Woodside Lane, Bridgewater, NJ 

When we play

• Tuesdays - Game start times between 6:25pm and 8:30pm   

Please account for extra weeks due to rainouts during our outdoor portion of the season.

Season

Each team will play a minimum of 7 matches -- regular/playoff season (may be more with playoff advancement).  Structure will vary depending on number of teams, but everyone will play a total of at least 7 matches in the season.  One match each week (4 games to a match).  Top teams move onto the playoffs: 1 or 2 weeks of playoffs for those teams that advance.  Number of teams to advance will depend on number of teams in the league.   We reserve the right to include a double-header or BYE week in the schedule if necessary, but aim to avoid this.

Registration

Team registration fee is $110 per team for the season plus $3.99 processing fee.  Up to 3 people/team.  

How to register:  Captain registers, sets up the team name and pays the team fee.  Teammates then sign up directly for that team (don't get charged for registration).  Captain approves player and you're all set.

If you are a free agent looking for a partner, please register as a Free Agent.  You will not be charged until we have partner for you and contact you to confirm.  

Team Registration Deadline is April 17th or until the league sells out.. We need to post the schedule by Saturday the 18th and if you are not registered, you cannot be included in the schedule.
